Wedding at Chateau Le Jardin in Vaughan | Chantal + Joe’s Fairytale

Chantal and Joe’s wedding at Chateau Le Jardin in Vaughan, Ontario was straight from the pages of a classic fairytale. Without a doubt, the castle was the perfect venue for this Prince and Princess.

The Victorian-style facade is breathtaking with its four large columns framing the venue’s front doors. The dark grey surrounds of the windows contrast beautifully with the light stone walls. Moreover, the black wrought-iron fence gives a sense of exclusivity.

The recently renovated interior also has luxurious features. The main staircase curves below a domed ceiling and crystal chandeliers. Accented with ornate mouldings, the ceilings are arched, coffered and stretch thirty feet up. Unquestionably, there is elegance in every detail: such as the vibrant stained glass windows, gold accents and large scale mirrors that reflect light into every corner of the space.

Inside the castle, the two resembled royalty; not unlike the classic storybook tales of the past. Chantal wore a Cinderella-esque ballgown dress. A beaded bodice topped her layered blush-coloured chiffon skirt. She held a bouquet of ivory roses accented with sparkling rhinestones and wore a delicate bejewelled tiara in her hair. Her Prince Charming, Joe, was equally lovely in his tailored tuxedo and black bowtie.

The couple travelled in style to the venue in an off-white vintage car. Once there, Chantal and Joe were escorted into the banquet hall by a group of traditionally-clad musicians. They made their grand entrance while playfully dancing and cheering along with the parade of performers. The room was decorated with pretty rose-gold table linens, crystal candelabras, and extravagant floral arrangements as well as white fabric draped floor to ceiling.

The two appeared to be more in love than any Prince and Princess as they danced their first dance as husband and wife.
