Package 1

Two games coverage

$400+hst

This package contains photo coverage for up to four sets from two games. All athletes on the court will be photographed in action. You get a collection of high-resolution images to download.

Package 2

Team composites

$550+hst

This package includes a photo session with the whole team at our booth. It includes:
A Digital Team Composite
One Digital Athlete Composite per player
One 8×10 Memory Mate Collage print per player.

The All-In Package (saving $175)

Awards ceremony team Collage

A team photo will be taken following the awards ceremony. This will be mocked up into a Championship poster with graphics and team name, you’ll receive an 8×10 print.

This package includes videography coverage for One athlete in action during one game.
A 1-2 minutes higlight reel featuring key moments of One athlete in action.

Team video highlight

1-2 min video

This package includes videography coverage of your team for up to 4 sets across 2 games, or fewer if suitable coverage is achieved earlier.
A 1–2 minute highlight reel featuring key moments and the overall energy from the games covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the team photography package include?
Your photography package includes coverage of up to four sets across two games, with approximately 200 professionally edited digital images delivered for the entire team.

Which games will be photographed?
The specific two games depend on photographer availability and the tournament schedule. We do our best to accommodate your preferred games whenever possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Will every athlete be photographed?
All athletes who are actively on the court will be photographed in action. Warm-ups may also be included. Players who are not participating due to injury or coaching decisions cannot be captured in action. If participation changes later in the tournament, you may book an additional photography package for extra coverage.

What is included in the Team Video Highlight package?
The Team Video Highlight package includes videography coverage for up to four sets across two games (or fewer if strong highlight coverage is achieved earlier). You will receive a 1–2 minute HD highlight reel featuring key plays and overall team energy. Delivery is approximately 3 weeks after the event. Please scroll down to view a video sample.

What is included in the One Athlete In Action package?
This package covers one athlete in action for up to two sets from one game, with approximately 30 professionally edited digital images delivered.

Are the images edited before delivery?
Yes. All images are carefully sorted and color-graded to ensure the best possible quality and consistency before delivery.

When will we receive the images?
Image delivery is approximately 7 days after the event. Please note contacting us with “When do I receive the photos?” BEFORE the 7 days after the event may not get a response.

How are the images delivered?
Images are delivered through an online gallery where they can be downloaded individually or all at once.

Is the online gallery private?
The gallery is secured with login password, but shared with your club or team. Anyone with the login information will be able to view and download the images.

Are prints included in the package?
Digital images are included in your package. Print products are available for purchase separately.

Will the photos be used for promotion?
Selected images may be used for portfolio display, website content, and social media promotion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided based on personal taste or subjective preferences (for example: opinions about style, venue and court setups).
Refunds may be issued only if there are clear technical failures, such as:
- Images are significantly under- or over-exposed and subjects are not clearly visible
- Main subjects are consistently out of focus
- Images are poorly composed with subjects unintentionally cut off
- Colors are severely inaccurate or unnatural (excluding Team and Portrait Composites, where artistic color grading and graphic effects may be intentionally applied)
