This is a very insightful video that confirms my conviction about not “photoshopping” women and brides I photograph. I do minor touch ups to make the photos look their best, but nothing to the point of altering the natural look of a person. I do get the occasional request to “make me thinner”, and I don’t know what to say then. I usually refer these requests to a photoshop specialist, but I personally never understand why is it necessary to do so. I believe in natural beauty. We all have our “imperfections”, but we are all beautiful in special and unique ways. I encourage all women to be comfortable in the way their physical features are despite what the fashion or beauty magazine say. You are beautiful because of who and how you are. A smile is the best and most flattering part of a photo anyway.
