When will we get our images and how do we access them?
- The images will be sorted and color graded to make them look their best first. Approximately 7-10 days AFTER event two (April 23-25).
- When the images are ready you’ll get an email notification with access info. Please share the email with team members to access the images.
- Team members who haven’t signed up will be asked to provide their contact info upon accessing the online gallery.
- The images can be downloaded (all at once, or invdividually) from the online gallery.
- Print copies of the images can be purchased. The digital are all included in your puchased package.
Package 1
Two games coverage $400+hst
- This package contains photo coverage for up to two matches. All players on the court will be photographed in action. You get a collection of high-resolution images to download.
Package 2
Two games coverage plus team portrait $450+hst
- This package contains photo coverage for up to two matches. All players on the court will be photographed in action. In addition, your team will get a group photo on the court. You get a collection of high-resolution images to download.
Package 3
Two games coverage + Team + Solo Portraits $750+hst
- This package contains photo coverage for up to two matches. All players on the court will be photographed in action. In addition, your team will get a group photo on the court. Each player gets a solo portraits session at the photobooth. You get a collection of high-resolution images to download. It is the players responsibility to show up for their portraits.

One player in action
One player photographed during one match $125+hst
- One player on the court will be photographed in action during one game. You get a collection of high-resolution images to download.
One player portrait
A portrait session for one player $50+hst
- One portrait session for one player at the photobooth. You get a collection, approximately 4 high-resolution images to download.
When will we get our images and how do we access them?
- The images will be sorted and color graded to make them look their best first. Approximately 7-10 days.
- When the images are ready they’ll be uploaded to a private online gallery.
- An email will then be sent to the email on file (the one you provided when purchasing the photo package) with access details.
- Download the images and share them with your team.
