Package 1

Two games coverage

$400 +hst

This package contains photo coverage for up to four sets from two games. All athletes on the court will be photographed in action. You get a collection of high-resolution images to download.

Package 2

Team composites

$550+hst

This package includes a photo session with the whole team at our booth. You’ll get:
One DIGITAL team composite.
One DIGITAL individual composite for each athlete.
One 8×10 Memory Mate Collage PRINT per player.

Package 3

The All-In Package (saving $175)

This package includes everything from Package 1 & Package 2 plus one team panorama composite print.

Awards Ceremony Team Composite

A team photo will be taken following the awards ceremony. This will be mocked up into a Championship poster with graphics and team name, you’ll receive an 8×10 print.

Terms and helpful information

Your photography package includes photography coverage for up to four sets from two games. You get approximately 200 digital images in total for the whole team.
The two games we photograph depend on the photographers’ availability and the tournament’s tight schedule. We try our best to accommodate the team’s preference for which games to photograph but we can’t guarantee it.
All athletes on the court will be photographed in action (may include warm-up). Athletes not playing (due to injury or coach’s decision) will not be photographed in action. If that changes at later games you can book an additional photography package for additional coverage.
The One Athlete In Action package includes coverage for ONE athlete on the court in action for up to two sets from one game. You get approximately 30 digital images.
The images will be sorted and color-graded to make them look their best first.
Delivery of the images is approximately 7 days AFTER your event.
The images can be downloaded (all at once, or individually) from the online gallery. PLEASE NOTE: The online gallery is shared, which means all club members with the login info can access, view, and download the images.
Print copies of the images can be purchased. The digital are all included in your purchased package.
We might share the images on social media and our various platforms for promotional purposes.
Our Refund Policy: We DO NOT offer refunds or reimbursement based on personal expectations, taste, and assumptions such as “my partner is a wedding photographer and she doesn’t like the photos” or “my daughter wore her jersey backward”. We will issue a refund in the following scenarios:
– Images are poorly exposed (ex: too dark) and athletes are not clearly visible.
– The main subject/s in images are out of focus.
– Images are poorly composed and subjects are awkwardly cut off.
– The colors in the images are unnatural, except for Team and Portrait Composites in which artistic tones and graphics might be applied.
