Intimate Outdoor Hamilton Wedding | Brittany + Phillip

It was a beautiful summer day for Brittany and Phil’s intimate outdoor Hamilton wedding at the Whitehern Historic House & Garden. Although the ceremony was small, it was full of character.

The melodies of the violin/cello duo queued the procession and all thirty guests turned their attention to the bride. Ushered in by her father, Brittany walked down the centre path of the garden to greet her groom.

A pair of large floral arrangements flanked the couple on either side of the quaint stone altar. They stood beneath a delicate white trellis arch that contrasted and popped against the grey stone walls that surround the Whitehern’s yard.

Brittany was pure elegance and grace wearing a classy white lace cocktail dress with white heels. Rather than the conventional veil and bouquet, she accessorized with traditionally delicate jewelry. Her short hair was swept away from her face and her natural beauty absolutely radiated.

Phil, dressed sharply in a navy suit, gazed lovingly at his stunning bride as he promised to love and cherish her. She giggled through joyful, emotional tears as they exchanged rings and vows. Without hesitation, as soon as the officiant pronounced them husband and wife, the couple embraced ecstatically while their family and friends applauded and cheered.

When it comes to weddings, bigger doesn’t always mean better. An intimate affair such as this one can be just as exciting, fun and eventful as the Royal Wedding itself. At the end of the day, the extravagance of a wedding doesn’t matter; it’s the love of the newlyweds that brings it all together.
