Rate: $175 + HST per person

This package includes:

• A professional dancer portrait session at Balletomane Dance School
• A 15-minute photo session (you can choose your preferred time slot during booking)
• Five to eight professionally retouched, high-resolution digital images per dancer
• Photography coverage of the June show
• A private online gallery for each dancer, including both portrait and show images
  • Please note: While we make every effort to capture each dancer, due to the nature of live performances and limited photographer mobility, we cannot guarantee a solo image of every dancer
• High-resolution images available for download approximately 4–6 weeks after the June show

• All dancers who book with us will be photographed during the performance

Preparing for Your Portrait Session

• Please bring the costume you’d like your photos taken in (one costume only, as there isn’t time for changes)
• Bring your costume in a bag and change at the studio about 10 minutes before your session to help keep it clean
• Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to get ready (change, shoes, etc.)
  • Just a quick note: We’re fully booked and unfortunately can’t accommodate late arrivals
• We recommend arriving with show-ready hair and light makeup

Cancellation and Refund Policy (Portrait Sessions)

• All bookings are non-refundable due to limited availability
• Rescheduling your portrait session may be possible with prior approval from the photographer

Refunds apply to portrait session images only and are issued under the following conditions:

• Delivered portrait images are significantly affected by technical issues, such as:
  • Poor or incorrect lighting
  • Closed eyes
  • Out-of-focus images
  • Improper or unflattering framing
