Rate: $145 + HST per person.

When you book photography, you’ll get:

+ Professional dancer portrait session at the Balletomane Dance School.
+ 15-min photo session. You can select your preferred time slot during the booking process.
+ Five to eight retouched high-resolution digital images from the portrait session for each dancer.
+ Photo coverage at the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts.
+ A collection of digital images from the June show organized in a private gallery for each dancer. Please note: Due to the nature of the event and limited mobility for photographers during the performance, we cannot guarantee that every dancer will be captured in a solo photograph.
+ The high-resolution images are downloadable from your private gallery. Approximately 4-6 weeks after the event.

1- Balletomane Dance School. This is where the Dancers’ Portraits sessions will take place on Monday, May 26, 2025 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Prepare for the Portrait Photo session:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This booking is non-refundable due to limited availability. However, parents may reschedule their portrait session to an alternative date with the photographer’s approval.

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

1. Portrait Session Quality Issues: If the delivered images are significantly impacted by poor lighting, if subjects have closed eyes, if images are out of focus, or if they are awkwardly framed.

Note: Refunds are not granted based on subjective preferences, artistic expectations, or personal taste.
